1. Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is Cezary Kujawa, trading as Memobots Games, ul. Ułańska 29, 15-340 Białystok, Poland.

2. What data do we process?

• Newsletter: your email address, subscription and consent status, and technical or engagement information generated when Mailchimp sends and manages messages.
• Messages: your email address, message and any information you choose to include when you contact us.
• Website operation: technical request data that the hosting infrastructure may process, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, date and time, and security or error logs.
• Preferences: the website stores your selected or detected language. The Press Center also uses session storage to restore the expected scroll position after navigation.

3. Why do we process it?

• Newsletter: to send the updates you requested. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
• Contact: to answer your message and handle your request. Depending on the subject, the basis is taking steps at your request or our legitimate interest in communicating about the studio and its games.
• Website and security: to provide, maintain and protect the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.
• Legal duties and claims: where necessary to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Who receives the data?

We use service providers only where needed to run the website and newsletter. They include Mailchimp (an Intuit service) for newsletter signup, delivery and audience management, and Amazon Web Services for website infrastructure, file storage and delivery.

The site currently loads Montserrat from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the stylesheet and font files, it connects to Google servers and sends the technical information required to fulfil that request.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are covered by recognised safeguards described by the provider, such as an adequacy framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long do we keep it?

• Newsletter data is kept while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, limited information may remain on a suppression list so that we can respect your choice and demonstrate compliance.
• Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the matter and, where relevant, for the period needed to meet legal obligations or deal with possible claims.
• Technical logs are kept only for the operational and security period required by the relevant provider. Language cookies remain for up to one year. Session storage is removed when the browser session ends.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

8. Other websites and changes

Links to services such as Steam, Discord, YouTube and Bluesky lead to websites controlled by other organisations. Their own privacy terms apply once you follow those links.
