2. Using the website

You may browse the website and use its public features for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, overload its infrastructure or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.

Unless a page or asset says otherwise, the website, games, names, logos, artwork, text, video and other materials are owned by Memobots Games or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a general licence to reuse them.

4. Press materials

Journalists, reviewers and content creators may use materials clearly provided in the Press Center for editorial coverage of Memobots Games and its games. Keep logos and artwork materially unaltered except for reasonable sizing, cropping or layout. Do not imply endorsement, sell the assets, redistribute them as a competing asset library or use them in an unlawful or misleading context.

If a download includes more specific usage notes, those notes apply to that material. For another use or a clean asset that is not listed, contact [email protected].

5. External services

The website links to third-party services such as Steam, Discord, YouTube, Bluesky and Mailchimp. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
